To use LaptopReturn+ you simply purchsae device return credits upfront, the credits never expire and the more credits you purchase the lower the price for each return:
10-20 Credits: $85 each
21-50 Credits: $82 each
51-100 Credits: $80 each
101-250 Credits: $77 each
251+ Credits: $73 each
You can optionally add Insurance ($2.50 per $500 of insurance) or Signature on Final Delivery ($5 per return) as well. LaptopReturn.com does not make any profits on these add-ons. We simply pass our cost onto you.

You can submit return requests within the LaptopReturn+ portal either 1-off or via a bulk upload.
You can also use our API for free to automate the return request process.

We also support International returns via the LaptopReturn+ portal.
You can submit an International Return Request via the International Returns Dashboard.
If the cost is higher than our standard international rates ($150 for Canada and $350 for EMEA) we'll let you know and share a quote.

After an employee packs their device, they can either drop it off at a local post office or schedule a free pickup.
*Free pickup applies to USA returns only. International Returns can be dropped off at a UPS or FedEx drop point.

No return credits do not expire. You simply use them as needed and when you get low you are able to purchase more within the LaptopReturn+ portal.

Employees will receive notifications from us via email as well as SMS messages if you provide a cell phone number.
Employees hear from us when:
1. We ship the empty return kit to them
2. When the kit is delivered to their home
3. Reminders to ship their device
4. Confirmation that the device is in transit to their employer
5. Confirmation that the device has been returned
