Cancel a Return Request Already in Transit
At LaptopReturn.com, we understand that sometimes return requests need to be canceled—even if they are already in transit or have been delivered. Whether an employee decides to keep their device, an incorrect address was entered, or another unforeseen issue arises, our streamlined cancellation process makes it easy to take action.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to canceling a request in transit.
Step 1: Locate the Request
Log into your LaptopReturn.com account.
Find the specific return request you need to cancel.
Check if the request is still in transit or has been delivered.
Step 2: Initiate the Cancellation
Click on the request to open the details page.
Locate the new "Cancel Request" button.
Step 3: Confirm Cancellation
A new tab will open with the cancel request form.
Confirm the order number to ensure accuracy.
Click "Cancel Pending Request" to proceed.
Step 4: Receive Confirmation
You will receive an initial email confirming your cancellation request.
A final confirmation email will follow once the request has been fully processed and canceled.
Step 5: Understand the Credit Policy
In most cases, no credit will be issued since materials have already been shipped.
If the request is canceled before the package is picked up from the warehouse, you may be eligible for a credit.
You will receive notification if a credit applies to your cancellation.
