Every order includes a heavy-duty, 100% recyclable, corrugated laptop or monitor Shipping Box. Once delivered, all your employee needs to do is insert their device, seal it using the provided tape and ship it using the included pre-paid label. The box also has room for small accessories such as a docking station, small keyboard, mouse, headset, etc.
THE BOX
Once you place your order, the only thing you need to do is share your employee's address and the final destination. The laptop or monitor return materials will ship within 24 hours and are typically delivered 2-3 days later. After packing, your employee can schedule pickup or dropoff with USPS.

We’ll notify you in real-time to share updates when your employee ships their device, when the materials are to your employee, when we send reminders for them to ship the box back out and when it’s finally on its way back to and arrived at its final destination.

Yes, we can process returns for employees in Canada and EMEA, where the device is returned to an employer in the USA.

LaptopReturn.com uses USPS Priority Mail & USPS Ground Advantage for laptop returns within the USA.
For monitors and international returns, we use Fedex and UPS.

Our laptop shipping boxes can accommodate laptops up to 17” along with a charger and some small accessories.
Our monitor shipping boxes can accommodate monitors from 23"-27". Please note that monitors with curved screens WILL NOT FIT in our boxes.

Single Laptop Returns start at $89. There is an additional charge for adding insurance to your order.

Monitor returns are $160 each and include $500 of insurance.
