New Feature: Monthly Reporting (LaptopReturn+)

Seems like our clients on LaptopReturn+ want monthly reports to share with internal teams or for data crunching. We're on it! 

We're excited to introduce our easy monthly reporting feature, designed to simplify your life and effortlessly keep everyone in the loop.

LET’S LEARN HOW IT WORKS!

Step 1: On the first of each month, we’ll automatically send a report to all active administrators in your organization. No more manual requests or data compiling—it's all done for you!

Wondering who's on the receiving end? Just head to settings.

Step 2: Scroll down to user management to see the list of administrators set to receive reports. Need to add someone new? It's as easy as adding them to your user list, just remember to set their user type as “Admin.”

Step 3: On the first of every month, admins receive an email with the monthly report attached as an Excel file. Simple, straightforward, and accessible to everyone on your team.

Open the Excel file to find a summary of your account and requests on the first tab. 

Step 4: The second tab breaks down U.S. return requests for easy reference.

Step 5: We're here to make your reporting experience seamless. If you need tweaks, like including international returns, just give us a shout – we're all ears!
