Turn off Employee Reminder Notifications

If you’re a high volume partner of ours you’re likely getting quite a few emails from us with updates about your return reqeusts.

You can cut down on the number of emails you receive by turning off “Employee Reminder Notifications.”

To clarify, “Employee Reminder Notifications” are the emails you receive from LaptopReturn.com every time we send a reminder to your employee to ship their device.

The email looks something like this:

To turn these emails off, simply navigate to your settings page in the LaptopReturn.com Portal. Under the “My Information Section” where it reads “Would you like to know when we send employees a reminder notification?,” use the dropdown to select “No.”

Please note that your employees will still continue receiving these reminders.

Click “Update Profile” and you’re all set!
